Direct Care Membership Cost
Direct Care offers an alternative payment model to traditional third-party billing through insurance, where patients pay an enrollment fee and a flat, monthly membership fee for a range of healthcare services.
For most patients, this offers a cost-effective way to maintain optimal health. The Live Well Direct Care program offers a rich set of integrative and holistic services at a predetermined cost. We accept both Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). We continue to accept insurance for medical needs not included in the program.
